Athleta-Olympia Camp and Workshop Terms and Conditions as of 20th March 2026

These terms and conditions are regularly reviewed and updated in line with the needs and changes of the camps, and workshops, please do make sure to be aware of any changes when booking your children on with us. Please do use the above details for any queries.

1· Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid spaces will be given priority. 

2· You must declare all medical conditions during registration and keep us up-to-date should this change by emailing/calling us at - director@athleta-olympia.com & +44 7894 580117

3· Athleta-Olympia reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive behaviour.

4· You must contact the above details with any information relating to your child if they are ill before attending the camp or workshop.

5· Athleta-Olympia or any of their staff are not personal responsible for any loss or damage to any personal items during a camp or workshop.

6· Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.

7· We do not issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances, however a replacement make up-session may be offered upon discussion of missed session. 

8· If there are any sessions missed due to bad weather, Athleta-Olympia will offer a make-up session on a future camp or workshop.
