Camp notes
KEY ATHELTA-OLYMPIA RUGBY WORKSHOP INFORMATION
• Clothing - Please make sure your child is wearing comfortable sports clothing that allows them to move freely and purposefully in line with the activities they will engaging with.
• Footwear – we will be working on grass mainly so boots our essential for any outdoor activities, trainers for any indoor work.
• Protective wear – Please make sure that all children have a GUM shield, and any head or shoulder protective padding that they wish to be wearing during any form of contact activities [NOTE if your child does not have a gum-shield they will NOT be able to take part in any form of contact activities]
• Weather – With the weather changes and the potential use of indoor and outdoor space we ask that children have appropriate layers to either change into or use if it is wet. often a towel can be useful as well.
• Medical – It is a key requirement for all medical information to be provided upon registering and for children to have their medications labelled and brought with them to all camps or workshops.
• Food - Please ensure your child has a packed lunch, with enough snacks and refillable water bottle to last for the duration of the workshop.
• Allergies – To ensure the safety of all children We operate a strict NUT FREE policy, please avoid sending any food that contains nuts.
